Service Response

Shantui Janeoo is responsible for the lifelong technical support and service. If the equipment has problem, we will response in 2 hours after we receive the service requirement. There are on-line services.

Janeoo has the after-sale service department and it is responsible for guiding installation, fault diagnosis, technical training and after-sale tracking of the re-work. Warranty Period
