Recently, at the construction site in Xiangyang, Hubei Province, Shantui Janeoo 2 sets of E3R-120 concrete batching plants were successfully installed and commissioned, adding a new weapon to the construction of the Yangtze River Supplement Project.

 

Since the construction of the Yangtze River Supplement Project, Shantui Janeoo has successively applied more than 10 sets of large and medium-sized R series concrete mixing equipment to provide concrete production support for the construction of the project. Shantui Janeoo E5R concrete batching plant C has won the favor of the project team with its modular design, efficient production capacity and high-precision measurement, and has continuously transported high-quality concrete for tunnel construction.

 

Shantui Janeoo E5R-180 concrete batching plant adopts modular structure, containerized packaging, building block construction, pipeline pre-assembly, single parts transportation, shorter installation time and more efficient. In particular, in terms of measurement, the aggregate metering scale adopts a three-point hanging structure, coarse and fine weighing measurement and jitter measurement technology, and the measurement error is less than 1%. The powder scale adopts three-point pressure weighing, which has good stability and high measurement accuracy, and is suitable for construction under various harsh working conditions, providing a solid guarantee for the quality of the project.

It is reported that the project is a follow-up water source project of the South-to-North Water Diversion, which involves Yichang City, Xiangyang City, Shiyan City in Hubei Province and Wuxi County in Chongqing City, which is of great significance to further improve the national water network, enhance the water resource allocation capacity of the Hanjiang River Basin, improve the stability of water supply in the northern water-receiving areas, and help the sustainable and healthy economic and social development and ecological environment restoration in the middle and lower reaches of the Hanjiang River.
